Towards the end of S4 and with the assistance of tutors and advisors, students choose the area of specialization for their Baccalaureate. Belgrano Day School offers three specializations: Sciences, Arts and Languages and Social Studies.
Information is given to both parents and students by the Academic Coordinator and the Heads of Department. Subjects common to each area of specialization as those specific to each one are carefully outlined along with one or two subjects chosen from within the electives.
Thus students are able to choose the area of specialization that best matches their learning skills and interests.
A recent survey among Old Facrecteans of the last decade has shown the relevance of their BDS specialization with reference to their career choice.
